About Me

I’m Sophie Rottenberg, a graphic designer and visual communicator from the Boston area currently studying Visual Communications on the Graphic Design track at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I’ve always been drawn to creativity, storytelling, and the way design shapes how people experience information and emotion. What began as an interest in art and media quickly grew into a passion for creating visuals that connect with people in meaningful and memorable ways.

Over the past few years, I’ve developed a strong interest in sports design and the fast-paced world of visual storytelling within sports media. Through internships and hands-on experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work on graphics, branding, and digital content that capture the energy, emotion, and culture surrounding sports. I especially love the challenge of designing visuals that are both impactful and immediate—whether for broadcast, social media, or live events.

As a designer, I’m inspired by all forms of visual communication and enjoy exploring how typography, motion, layout, branding, and digital media can work together to tell a story. I thrive in collaborative environments, love learning through experimentation, and see every project as an opportunity to grow creatively and professionally. I’m always looking for new ways to push my creativity, refine my skills, and create work that leaves a lasting impression.
